Clients are advised to use only MultiChoice accredited Installers. And with this being said, there are many installers claiming to be MultiChoice accredited, just to get your business.

Don't be afraid to ask your service provider what there accreditation number is as well as what the name and ID number of the technician who will be attending is. Then call the MultiChoice Call-Centre on 011 289 2222 and confirm the company's accreditation number as well as the technician's identity.

When the technician does arrive, don’t be afraid to request to see his identity document to confirm that this is the technician who has been verified by MultiChoice.
